Deliveries

We are able to supply to any customer in the Western Cape. Please contact us in order for us to make the necessary arrangements.

We deliver within a 50-60 km radius of our factory in Blackheath.

For deliveries outside of this geographical area we can arrange for a courier service to collect from us and deliver to your doorstep.

Please note

For deliveries we have a minimum order quantity of one box (equivalent to 30 kg of dry ice).
Dry ice product is temporarily unavailable - it will be available again from July 2024.

Collections

Our customers are all welcome to collect any quantity of dry ice from our premises.

Orders

For orders we request 24 hours notice. This way we can ensure that your dry ice is ready for you to collect, or for us to deliver on the day it is required and, importantly, that it is as fresh as possible.

We do however always hold a backup stock of our 3mm and 16mm pellets in order to accommodate same day and emergency orders. We are flexible and will always try to help where we can.
